How long do inspections take?
The average inspection takes two to four hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. Our reports are provided within 24 hours on residential properties and most commercial units. Our reports are emailed and if requested hardcopy. They are comprehensive but very easy to understand. An assessment is given to our clients at the end of the inspection.

What can I expect?
All homes have at least minor deficiencies. The question is how serious and costly these deficiencies may be. No house is perfect even a new built one, what matters is knowing what issues are there.

Should i be present at the inspection?

Here at pro Inspections we encourage you to be at the inspection, this way any questions or issues that may arise

or you see as a concern we can address these immediately. we also understand time constraint as we have busy lives

so our reports are comprehensive for you not to be there.

Do you charge to come back?

We will come back to your dwelling to reinspect the areas that needed attention. We do this free of charge for all our clients

within 6 months of the original inspection

Do you do any of the repairs yourself?

No, we can recommend service professionals in your area. We can if asked do a separate evaluation of costs to repair. This is completly separate from the inspection report.
